If you are a non-profit mailing at not-for-profit rates most of the time, and you need to clean up your mailing list periodically.  The most sure-fire best practice is to send a First-Class Automation rate postcard once every year or two to everyone in your database.  We recommend using a 4×6 postcard, such as a “Save the Date” reminder or similar major event notification (e.g., new website launch or annual meeting). Still, the real purpose will be to ensure that your Membership, VIP, and/or Donorlist stays up-to-date.
