Waste Management needed to create personalized customer letters that detailed service area changes. CRST was tasked to create full color personalized letters which were printed and mailed quickly at First-Class Mail rates. A second page of the letter, also personalized, was further added in order to provide a calendar graphic which would underscore the service pick-up dates. Although the letter used a rather straightforward B/W reg. envelope, CRST was still able to provide reliable personalization with a name-address-match between the merge letters and the addressed envelopes. Ultimately, a simple a professional mailpiece which helped maintain Waste Management’s professional appearance and evidence its commitment to its customers
