STREAMLINED NON-PROFIT DATABASE CHANGE FORM PS 6015

CRST/Cornerstone (www.crst.net) works with many USPS customers who hold NPA numbers and Non-Profit Mailing Privileges.  Not surprisingly, the USPS wishes that their information be kept up to current with up-to-date contacts, emails, addresses, etc.  We recently updated our blog for “How to Change Your Non-Profit Information Through the USPS” (ref: https://crst.net/non-profit-database-change-request/), making it easier for Non-Profit mailers to make such changes.  Essentially, there are two ways to accomplish this:   

Option# 1:  Go online to the USPS Business Customer Gateway (ref: https://gateway.usps.com/eAdmin/view/signin) and update this information electronically.  Our blog link provides a step-by-step guide to assist you here. 

Option# 2:  Or, the more popular method is to fill out the traditional hardcopy form called the PS 6015.  To assist you, we have created a modifiable *.pdf document for your use, now easier to fill out and submit.  Here’s the link: ___________________________________.  If you are a CRST.net client, we can submit this complete form on behalf of your organization. 

Again, the PS 6015 form, which is meant for reporting any changes, especially if you use multiple addresses.  There is no limit to the number of addresses that you can have, and that might be a help in the future.  Finally, although the USPS says that you could take this to any post office to submit, our experience is that you ought to submit this directly to the same place you take your discounted, not-for-profit mailings (usually a USPS BMEU). 

Cornerstone can’t fill this out for you, but at least now it’s a little easier to do.  Good luck!
