Look, we all know that few (very few) people open mass email anymore, even when they sign up for such communication, and Google’s Workspace now even has a Gmail “Promotions” bucket where unsolicited email goes to die. However, if something is significant, you can still send a letter and could actually make your own envelope. Now that’s something that might get opened!

To be compliant with USPS mailing regulations, just make certain that your final size envelope is at least 3.5″ x 5″ and no bigger than 6.125″ x 11.5″ (addressable on the long side).
